Brandun Lee @brandun_lee knocks out Jimmy Williams after 1 minute and 34 seconds of the first round of Wednesday’s ShoBox fight. After last night’s victory, Lee now has 18 knockouts under his belt. This is also Lee’s third victory in 2020, following his wins against Miguel Zamudio in January and against Camilo Prieto in March. With a total of 20 wins on his record, Lee’s undeniable streak proves that such a remarkable achievement is only the beginning for this promising 21-year-old boxer.
Williams, who had spent the past year recovering and preparing for his next big fight, has a long, prestigious 7-year boxing career but was simply no match for the undefeatable Lee. Following two knockdowns, Williams didn’t last when Lee finally landed a third punch, ending the fight with an effortless knockout.
After the fight, Lee posted on his Twitter account, celebrating his win: “FIRST ROUND KO! 20-0 BABY!” He also mentioned that 2020 is not over for him just yet, “My manager said that I’ll be back in December. He told me to stay ready.”
